By confirming a purchase, the customer enters into a binding agreement with Hipok and accepts all clauses stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Product Availability:
While we strive to keep our inventory updated, there may be rare cases when an item is no longer available. In such cases, you will be promptly notified via email and given the choice to either modify your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Product Representation:
We make every effort to ensure that product photos and descriptions are accurate and informative. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photo editing or individual screen settings. Hipok is not responsible for such discrepancies.

Orders

Once payment is received, you will receive:

  1. A purchase confirmation email, and

  2. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Hipok will ship your order to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Shipping

Hipok ships worldwide and reserves the right to ship orders via sea or standard postal service, depending on the destination and logistics.

Shipping times provided are estimates, not guarantees. Hipok is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • National holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Technical disruptions

Important: Upon delivery, customers must check the condition of the package.
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Notify the courier immediately,

  • Sign the delivery note with the remark: “Damaged package – accepted with reservation”, and

  • Email info@hipokbrand.com within 48 hours, attaching photos of the damaged package.

Exchanges & Returns

Hipok accepts returns in the case of:

  • Defective or non-compliant items, or

  • Size exchanges

Requests must be made within 14 days of order receipt.
