Returns
We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund or size exchange.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and unaltered

In original condition, with tags and packaging included

Free from damage, odors, or signs of wear
Please note: We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Hipok only accepts returns in the following cases:

The item is defective or non-compliant

The customer requires a size exchange
In both cases, the request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To assess a claim for a defective or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to send clear photos of the product highlighting the issue to info@hipokbrand.com. Only after evaluation will the return be approved.
Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned:

In their original condition and packaging (box/case included)

With all tags intact

Carefully packed using the original or equivalent secure packaging suitable for shipping
If these conditions are not met, Hipok reserves the right to refuse the return or size exchange.
Processing Time
Returns and size exchanges are processed within 10–15 business days from the date the returned item is received.
How to Return an Item

Our customer service team will respond with the return address and guide you through the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll contact you to either confirm the refund or arrange a solution.
