Shipping Policy

Hipok ship all over the world.

Shipments are offered by us, so no shipping costs will be applied to any type of order.

Hipok takes 3 to 5 days to process the order and prepare it for shipment.

The estimated times are from 7 to 10 business days with express shipping. Standard shipping takes 10 to 15 business days. The timing may vary depending on the province of residence.

Hipok is not responsible if there are any delays due to the courier.

Once the shipment has been made, you will receive an email with a code to track your order.

If 20 business days have passed and you have not yet received your purchase, please send an email to info@hipokbrand.com making sure to write your Name, Surname and Order number.

In the rare cases where the item is lost you will receive a refund equal to the amount you have spent or we will look for the best solution for you together.
