Refund policy

Hipok accepts returns only for non-compliant / defective goods or size changes no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Hipok makes refunds for the entire purchase amount only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are not compliant. Hipok will ask the customer to send by email photos of the garment or object received highlighting its defect or non-conformity.
"It is not to my liking", "I do not like", "color slightly different from the photo" etc. .. these are not sufficient proofs for the refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations.

Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

Both for the return and for the change of size, the garment or object must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes the original packaging / case and label, they must not be washed, worn, free of odors / perfumes or damaged in any way. The items must be adequately packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected, Hipok reserves the right not to accept any return / request for size change. For both returns and size changes, it takes about 10-15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
